SwiftGet

SwiftGet is an instant delivery service which uses mobile warehouses for the purpose. To start with, SwiftGet focuses on delivering merchandise for events like IPL. These mobile warehouses can be scooters or tempos according to the demand and storage sizes. The demand is tracked before as well as during the event at locations or hotspots where goods are to be delivered.

There are 4 main stakeholders involved, customers at events, event organisers, delivery personnel and managers at SwiftGet itself. Therefore, the experience of each stakeholder was mapped out and accordingly a user interface was created.
